Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure
Lead IT projects (cloud, security, ERP, and integration)
Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps
Ensure system availability, performance, and security
Manage vendors, partners, and service providers
Supervise IT support, network, and system teams
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and management
Strong knowledge of:
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Networking & security solutions
Virtualization & data centers
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Strong leadership and project management skills
Certifications (PMP, ITIL, or equivalent) are preferred
